I just don’t understand why people don’t like nudist.

I came home from school in such a happy mood. During my last class of the day I stealthily slipped my hand up my t-shirt and pulled off the tape I had covering my nipples. I hate wearing tape, but I am trying to go all school year without wearing a bra. Today was too hot to layer up my tops, so I had to tape up my nipples so I wouldn’t get sent home from school. I ran to my car after the final bell rang and hurried up and peeled my blue jeans off and bundled them up on my floor board and started the car and headed to pick up my sister at her school, naked from the waist down. I pulled into the circle drive at my sister’s school and waited for her to jump into the car. When she sat down she looked over at me and just smiled. Before we pulled out onto the road my sister had her jeans off, and we both road home bottomless…and much more comfortable!

When we pulled into the driveway we walked into the house and did our usual daily routine, we pulled off our shirts and put our clothes into the laundry hamper. After a quick nude stroll outside with my dog, I came back inside and started up my laptop to see what I missed while I was at school…and that is when my day turned bad.

First my Facebook account was suspended earlier this year, and today I tried to log into my Pinterest account only to find that it also has been suspended.

I can only assume that someone did not like one of my pictures (pins) and complained. They did not have to get me suspended, they could have unfollowed me, or just moved on to another pin. And whoever made the decision to suspend my account should have known that none of my pins violated policy… maybe they don’t like nudist? That must be it. Because I see a lot of graphic porn on Pinterest and they are not getting their accounts suspended.

This gets me so upset. I made a deliberate attempt to not break any of the policies on Pinterest. Why would I want to deliberately violate their policy and lose an account that had over 7000 followers? Most of my pins did not contain any frontal nudity.

But life must go on I guess….so much for my latest rant.

    Far too many people equate nudity and nudists with sex. Oh, and sex is evil. Therefore, nudity and nudists are evil. And I wish there were some way to change their hearts and minds. Unfortunately, there seems not to be.

    And I’m rooting for you, going bra-free for the school year! You go, girl!!! 🙂 Proud of you and your co-conspirators! And good on your mother and father for supporting you in this endeavor.

      • I wish you luck. Really. That makes no sense your account got suspended. I see graphic stuff on Pinterest all the time, yet you get shut down over a picture.

        Maybe it was of one you posted a while back. One that linked back to one of your older posts here.

  3. Hey Suzie, sorry to hear about your Pinterest account. In this day and age, you’re always going to encounter people who complained about anything and express their opinions but too afraid to show to show their face or reply back.

    Anyways, forget them and continue doing your thing sweetie. Because there are worst things going in the world than someone hating on nudists. (We really don’t have anything to hide 😉hehe).

    Plus, I hope you didn’t get any bad flooding from all the rain we have been getting lately. Our house didn’t get any damages where we live in Louisiana but some of our families members and friends lost their homes in Baton Rouge but we are doing relief work and helping them get back on their feet.

    Tell the rest of your family hello for us and best wishes to you and your friends in school this year. Take care.

  5. If I were your age I would be so jealous. Not because you get to be nude a lot but because you have a car. I didn’t have a car until I was 22. But I did have a lot of opportunities to be nude when I was still in high school, especially after we moved to the country and lived on a very large piece of land with lots of woods.

  6. The Nude Toon Creations group on Facebook faces issues where non-sexual nude art is removed, and where Facebook deems graphical sexual photographs as plain nudity. And then you find how messed up it is anyway, because then sex is all over the place, and it is fine, and then non-sexual nudity appears and is targeted.
    I remember a teacher of mine once telling us in class how twisted the world is – where on TV and movies we are completely fine with someone having their brains blown out, but the second a penis goes inside a vagina, everything goes ape (although that said, that is sexual in nature – but I’m using it as an example, since it was his example. He applied a similar view when it came to non-sexual nudity as well).

    I’ve had it a few times where Deviantart has removed my art because it was nude art, even though the maturity tags on DA allow for nudity. It’s like they have it all there so they aren’t discriminating over something that isn’t actually wrong, but then they go ahead and are against it anyway.
    But do you know what? I still post my art. I started using the “Ideologically Sensitive” tag along with it, so maybe that has helped, because I haven’t had any of my art removed for a while.
    Or maybe they don’t really have a case and because I continue to post non-sexual nude art they can’t be bothered anymore, who knows…

    But that’s my stance – never give up, be a rebel, lol. 😛
    Besides, there will be ALWAYS someone who will complain, no matter what you do.

  7. some people sure don!t like nudists and it will be not easy to change .The best what we can to do is we make our job so that another can to see what is true nudism.

  8. I’m with you Suzie! It’s sad that people have such an attitude towards any form of nudity. It’s natural. This country seems to be so hung up on anything related to sex. I believe that’s why so many people in this country ,especially kids ,are so fucked up. Just scared to death to see some one naked. Like it’s evil or something. I enjoy being nude. So relaxing. You go girl!

  11. That’s messed up. I’m sure it’s because a difference in ideals, but if there’s one time you should allow someone else’s ideals, it is when they aren’t breaking a rule moral or stated.

  12. Some people just Think that Nudism/Naturism = Sex. Argument ended. But It doesn’t. There will always be people complaining about something, even if no rules were broken. If you could reach out to Pinterest and point out that there was no reason to suspend your account. I much prefer Twitter to Facebook; Facebook is way too uptight about nudity. Not even allowing pictures of breastfeeding or ancient naked statues? what the hell? but alas, as you said, life goes on. Let us hope that nudism rights will soon become like gay and black rights, because if they can have freedom, why can’t we? Just keep doing what your doing and live on. Good luck.

    P.S. You shouldn’t have to wear tape over your nipples to school. It’s just sad that you have to do that. people need to loosen up.
